
AWARENESS
Awareness – the concept of knowing, perceiving and being cognisant of events – is a state. It is sometimes understood synonymous with consciousness, and also referred to as “flow”, the divine, intuition – or a stillness; a stillness that rests within us.

Stillness, however, is usually not achieved through concentration alone, or via intellectual pursuits. It is something we chose to come to know. It is intuitive, it is the opposite of fear, and when we have it, it allows incredibly clarity: regarding what choices we have and what choices we want to make, who we are and who we want to be, and how we want to live.

In our exponentially accelerating world, achieving stillness and connecting with ourselves – with our awareness – is increasingly difficult.
Antonia has studied a multitude of philosophies, religions and practices, and she has had first-hand experience with alternative approaches to both healing and psychology, meditation and mindfulness. She draws on these experiences and skills to help her clients develop increased perceptual clarity and to train and finesse their ability to wilfully access and use their intuition.
